We stayed at this hotel for four nights. The room wasn’t particularly large but was equipped with all the comforts: complimentary items, a safe, an ironing board, an iron, and a hairdryer. The temperature wasn’t comfortable the first night, and we had to wait several hours for the room to warm up. The newly renovated bathroom was well-equipped, featuring a nice shower and a full range of hygiene products. However, we noted that the room isn’t particularly well insulated, so during winter, it feels a bit cold when the heating is off. Despite this, we had a pleasant stay. The breakfast exceeded our expectations—varied, rich, abundant, fresh, and catering to both sweet and savory preferences. The staff was always kind and attentive to our needs. Highly recommended!

Everything else exceeded expectations, offering outstanding value for money. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and accommodating—they answered all our questions, stored our luggage after checkout, and even provided a complimentary extra hour before checkout so me and my partner could relax a little longer, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The room was immaculate, with not a single spot of dirt in sight. Overall, this experience deserves a perfect 10 for its impeccable cleanliness, top-notch service, and unbeatable value. Highly recommend!

Upgraded to a club room which was pretty big and right next to the entrance so no stairs. The shower was fantastic and the room had a complimentary bottle of wine and water which was a nice touch. The breakfast selection was small but tasty and gave us what we needed for the day. The location is right next to Paddington station and 2 tube stops from Tottenham Court Road so absolutely perfect for the theatres.

The room was clean, nicely decorated and well maintained with complimentary chocolates, biscuits and teas, coffee and hot chocolate packets in the room.
