Upgraded to a club room which was pretty big and right next to the entrance so no stairs. The shower was fantastic and the room had a complimentary bottle of wine and water which was a nice touch. The breakfast selection was small but tasty and gave us what we needed for the day. The location is right next to Paddington station and 2 tube stops from Tottenham Court Road so absolutely perfect for the theatres.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights. The room wasn’t particularly large but was equipped with all the comforts: complimentary items, a safe, an ironing board, an iron, and a hairdryer. The temperature wasn’t comfortable the first night, and we had to wait several hours for the room to warm up. The newly renovated bathroom was well-equipped, featuring a nice shower and a full range of hygiene products. However, we noted that the room isn’t particularly well insulated, so during winter, it feels a bit cold when the heating is off. Despite this, we had a pleasant stay. The breakfast exceeded our expectations—varied, rich, abundant, fresh, and catering to both sweet and savory preferences. The staff was always kind and attentive to our needs. Highly recommended!

The location of the hotel is great ,,just 5 mins walk to paddington station and about 8 mins walk to the hyde park and it is close to many other good restaurants and cafes The staff are very friendly and helpful The hygiene of rooms and facilities in general is accepted

Breakfast was simple but everything was tasty. The staff was very friendly. The location is great, two underground stations nearby, and the building itself is very beautiful both inside and outside!

The location was great - a short walk to Paddington station and Hyde Park. The hotel was larger than expected, and very clean and bright. The staff at check in were friendly and helpful, and we were able to store our bags while we explored the city after checking out on our last day. The room was smaller than initially expected but had a fridge, tea/coffee facilities, a dressing table, TV, and the bathroom was still a decent size.

The ease of check in, the US built in electric outlet, the location is excellent for Paddington Station/Heathrow Express & Elizabeth Line, and walking to various shops, restaurants and bakeries. Use it as a home base to walk to Soho, Covent Gardens and Carnaby for shopping as well. Always stay at this hotel in London.
